Caipiroska
The word caipiroska is a hybrid of caipirinha and vodka: the drink consists of vodka, a strong dash of lime and a generous portion of sugar – a sweet refreshment.
Ingredients
- CRUSHED ICE
- 5 CL TROJKA VODKA PURE GRAIN
- 3 TSP SUGAR
- 1 LIME
Preparation

1Cut the lime into eight and place in a glass together with the sugar.

2Using a muddle, mash the lime until enough juice has mixed with the sugar.

3Fill the glass with ice. Add the Trojka Vodka Pure Grain and stir briefly.
