Trojka, Switzerland's most well-known spirit brand, is celebrating a milestone this year – its 30th birthday! And what better way to commemorate this occasion than with a major makeover? Hold onto your glasses because the vodka brand you know and love is about to change its look. Get ready for something BIG and mark your calendars for October 2024 because that’s when we’ll unveil our brand-new, modern look!

What’s the buzz?

Back in 2022, we started an exciting journey to reimagine Trojka’s future. We asked ourselves, our target group and fans “Where should Trojka be in ten years?” With that in mind, we created a special team for a project called “Trojka the New Way”.

Our goal? To redefine and refresh Trojka’s presence in the market while staying true to the essence that has made it a beloved brand. We wanted to create a bold new identity for Trojka that honours its past while looking to the future. A brand that our fans love and that resonates with Trojka's ever-evolving target group.

What did the process look like? 

Market research

First, we took a deep dive into the market. We studied current trends, looked at what consumers want and identified opportunities for growth. This research helped us understand where Trojka stands now and where it could, and should go.

Positioning

Next, we examined how Trojka is positioned in the market. We asked questions like: What makes Trojka unique? Where can we innovate? How can we lead the industry? This step was all about finding the right direction for the brand.

Loooong brainstorming sessions

Based on our research and positioning work, we brainstormed new ideas. We came up with recommendations on how to refresh Trojka to make it even more appealing and relevant to our customers.

Implementing new positioning

With a clear direction in place, we started to plan our new strategies. This phase was about turning our ideas into real actions, setting the foundation for the new Trojka.

Starting the relaunch

In January 2023, we officially kicked off our relaunch efforts. This was an exciting time when all our planning began to come to life, preparing for the big changes ahead.

Beginning the design process

In spring 2023, our design team got to work. They put in countless hours to make sure every detail was perfect and that the new design truly reflected our updated brand vision.

Deciding on the final design

After many months of creative discussions and hard work, we chose the final design for Trojka. This new look captures the vibrant spirit of Trojka while pushing it forward into the future.
